With a background in Human Resources and an MBA, my approach combines structure, practicality, and people-centered support.

From hiring and onboarding to policies and internal processes, I focus on creating systems that support both the business and the people behind it.

Outside of Work
Outside of my work, I enjoy Pilates, spending time with family and friends and volunteering at my local cat rescue - Rosie’s Kitty Catfé.
